• In Additional Setting find Language & Input.
• Open Language & Input.

• After that search Text to speech output.
• And open Text to speech output option follow with image 5.

• Just click on setting icon from Google text-to-speech engine.
• Follow with image 6.

• Now open Install voice data option.

• Here we see Both voice  data Chinese(china) and English(India) appear in list.
• Now open one by one and cancel downloading.

• Follow the image 9 you just cancel downloading and fix the problem.
